Q3: purpose

Question 3:  What is purpose in an i-doc and how can we communicate it?

Answered by Richard Jacobs, culture change specialist.

Why Richard Jacobs?

Richard Jacobs consults large and small companies and helps them to generate internal change. He is the author of What’s Your Purpose? Using a variety of skills (acting, storytelling, group facilitating and coaching) he guides companies, and individuals,  in the formulation of their own purpose and core values. He basically is an expert in defining and sticking to a purpose. This is why I have chosen him for this question.
